This Website offers services for Members who wish to purchase diamonds / jewelry for personal consumption, inclusive of, customized and readymade Jewelry. The Website displays diamonds and gemstones that are specifically recommended for the purpose of fashion. Recommendations of the consultant are not guaranteed under any circumstances and the Company shall not be held liable for any loss and / or damage suffered by Members who rely on such recommendation.
Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Sometimes the items may be represented larger than the actual size in order to clearly show details or smaller than the actual size in order to show the entire item. The Company shall not be liable for any legal action on this account.
We understand that your privacy is important to you and we respect that. We ensure you that we maintain complete confidentiality of the details that you have shared with us and will not share it with any third party.
A tentative delivery date/time will be given along with the order confirmation email. The exact delivery date shall be provided as soon as your order is ready for dispatch.
Resizing & Repairs:
- If you want to resize your ring, the company will resize it free of cost except in certain cases where the resizing is not possible.
- If the resized ring costs more than the existing ring, the incremental cost shall be borne by the customer.
- If the resized ring costs less than the existing ring, the differential amount shall be refunded to the customer.
- In case of a refund, the payment of the same shall be made by way of an online bank transfer within 30 days of dispatch of the resized product.
- If for some reasons, your product needs to be repaired, the company shall repair / replace the product for charges which would be determined by the company on a case to case basis.
- Shipping charges under Repairs & Resizing policy shall be borne by the customer.
Money-Back, Buyback, Exchanges & Upgrades
Shree Balaji Diamond is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website, security & customer assistance. However, if you are not happy with the product, you can choose to return the order.
- SBD Jewelry sold through any Shree Balaji Diamond outlet or directly by the company will be accepted for exchange at any Shree Balaji Diamond outlet. Shree Balaji Diamond outlets will honor this Shree Balaji Diamond Exchange Policy and no individual discretion in compliance will be permitted.
- Pieces will be accepted after due examination for defects, weights, and originality, including the Shree Balaji Diamond Bill.
- Customized Jewelry (including personalized/ engraved products) is not eligible for a 7 Day Money-Back or a 7 Day Exchange. Lifetime Exchange and Buyback are applicable.
- Once your returned item is received, our Quality Assurance Department will review it.
- Any item that shows signs of wear or has been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than the company) or damaged cannot be accepted for 7 Day Money-Back.
- The product should be accompanied by the original product certificate and the original/ copy of the invoice for all exchanges within the 7 Day Money-Back period.
- In case of a refund on 7 Day Money-Back, payment of the refund amount shall be done via online bank transfer to the customer’s bank account within 30 days of receipt of the product. If the mode of the payment was through online debit/ credit card/ net banking, the refund will be processed by reversal of the transaction.
- In case the exchange value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference.
- In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be refunded in case of a 7 Day exchange, but if it’s a Lifetime Exchange then the difference will be held as a credit for future purchase.
- In case the customer pays online then the amount will be refunded within 7-15 working days from the receipt of returned product(s) at the warehouse of Shree Balaji Diamond.
- The prevailing market value will be determined by the company.
- In case of BuyBack in the product made from gold and diamonds, 10% will be deducted from the value of diamond, whereas for gold there will be no deduction, net gold weight to be valued at prevailing gold rate.
- In case of Exchange of the product with other jewelry, 7% will be deducted in the total value of diamonds.
- Lifetime Exchange and Buyback values are calculated excluding the making charges.
- The Lifetime Exchange will not be accepted if the customer does not have the Invoice bill.
- You can exchange your design within 7 days for the full value only once. If you wish to exchange the design the second time, it will be considered as a Lifetime Exchange.
- 7 Day Money-Back is not applicable on orders that have been exchanged earlier under the 7 Day Exchange Policy.
- You can upgrade your jewelry at any time with a 5% deduction on diamond, if only the value of upgraded jewelry is 50% greater than the value of your old jewelry.
- Shree Balaji Diamond reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for specific customers. In such a situation, the customer will always be informed of the decision prior to the purchase.
- There could be instances when the Store Manager has advised you to refund, but there is inadequate cash at the store. In such an eventuality, the customer may be requested to return at such time the accumulated sales collections may be used for the purpose of the refund.
How to Initiate the Refund Process?
- Customers should contact our store on 01-5328353 / 01-5536874 / 9818768752 or WhatsApp us (https://wa.me/message/7MEHJBIC7OWZI1) or write to our Facebook messenger (https://www.facebook.com/shreebalajidiamond) within 7 days from the receipt of the product.
- Customers should not return the product before receiving a confirmation mail from Shree Balaji Diamond about the same.
- All the products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered and unused.
- Provide the invoice/guarantee card into the package for the return process. Without the above, returns will not be processed.
NOTE: We shall not entertain any request after 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
We shall process the refund once we receive the product. The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original invoice, failing which refund may not be possible.
Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to your account via the same mode through which the transaction was made or through cheque ( amount would be refunded through cheque, only in cases where the debit/credit card used by customer while placing the order is not in use).
7 Days Return Policy:
In the unlikely event that the order delivered is in damaged condition, or otherwise, you can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice bill and get the refund.
In case the customer pays online then the amount will be refunded within 7-15 working days from the receipt of the returned product(s).
In case of COD (Cash on delivery i.e. when customer pays in cash once the product is received) the amount can be refunded either through cheque or Bank Transfer. The mode of refund depends on the customer’s choice:
1. If a customer provides a cancelled cheque with the returned product then the refund can be made within 7-15 working days & amount will be refunded directly into customer’s account through bank transfer.
2. If the customer doesn’t provide any cancelled cheque then the amount will be refunded through cheque that will be sent by courier at the address provided by customer at time of registering/placing the order. It may take up to 30 working days.
We reserve the right to not allow the exchange of jewelry products due to the differential that may arise, as no two products will have the exact weight & hence the price will differ. Please note that our pricing is calculated using current precious metal and gem prices to give you the best possible value. These prices do change from time to time, owing to the fluctuations in prices of precious metal and gem prices, so our prices will also change.
However, if you choose to cancel the order (before shipment) or return the product because of receiving it in damaged condition, the refund will be made directly to your account.
