In case of return in the product made from gold and diamonds, 10% will be deducted from the value of diamond including making charge, whereas for gold there will be no deduction, net gold weight to be valued at prevailing gold rate.
In case of Exchange of the product with other jewelry, 7% will be deducted in the total value of diamonds including making charge.
In case of return of ruby, emerald and sapphire ornaments 25% will be deducted from the price of stone including making charge, whereas for gold there will be no deduction, net gold weight to be valued at prevailing gold rate
In case of return of ruby, emerald and diamond mixed jewelry, 15% will be deducted on stones and diamonds including making charge, whereas for gold there will be no deduction, net gold weight to be valued at prevailing gold rate and in case of exchange 10% will be deducted on the price of stones and diamonds.
If the polka jewelry is returned, 25% will be deducted from the bill price and 15% will be deducted in exchange.
Damaged jewelry will not be taken back or exchanged.
If there is no bill of the product with the customer, the goods will not be taken back.
While returning jewelry, the price of gold will be as determined by the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ association (FENEGOSIDA).
